As we transition into winter and temperature starts to drop it draws the trout into the river to spawn. November and December can be some of the best fishing of the year. The lower Niagara river sees good runs of Brown trout, Steelhead (rainbow trout) and Lake trout. We launch at the town of Lewiston public boat launch and fish the Devils hole and Artpark drifts.
